Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
  • You experience critical technical issues with the product that prevent its intended use and our support team is unable to resolve the problem.
  • You requested a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product has not been downloaded or significantly used.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction after download.
  • Incompatibility due to unsupported systems or environments.
  • Lack of understanding of how to use the product (we offer documentation and support).
  • Product downloaded and fully accessed or integrated.

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved quickly through configuration assistance, compatibility checks, or replacement files.


💳 How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

🔁 No Returns (Digital Products)

As all products are delivered digitally, no physical returns are required. Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.
